I know how I draw anime. I draw anime with a pencil, darken it by tracing it, scan the drawing to the computer, then color the pic o some computer program (example: MS paint, photoshop, gimp). If that wasn't helpful then try shading your art. There should be plenty of shading tuturials. Or you can look at other ppl's art and see the difference between their's and your own
